fix: fixed `CorsPreFlightHandler` `ctx` argument type which cannot be `undefined` (#32)

Resolves Next.js build error:

"Type error: Route ... has an invalid "OPTIONS" export:
    Type "Context<Params> | undefined" is not a valid type for the function's second argument.
        Expected "RouteContext", got "Context<Params> | undefined"."
