Merge pull request #49 from jmanuel1/super-linter

Add super-linter and disable DeepSource. DeepSource isn't keeping up with the latest versions of Python linters as much as I'd like (in regards to type parameter syntax, for example, although I think they might have updated that by now), and I don't like the way ignored issues are managed (outside of source code if you want to ignore across the whole repo). super-linter will give me more control over what issues are reported.
