BREAKING CHANGE: changed the API to get algorithms from Option of Vec String, to Algorithms

* fix: renamed AlgoType to AlgoOp

* fix: Replaced `HostParams::merge` with `HostParams::overwrite_if_none` to avoid overwriting existing values.

* feat!: Added Default Algorithms to SshConfig

Added default Algorithms to the SshConfig structure. See readme for details on how to use it.
