Enhance Jido with new ReqAction and WorkflowAction modules, improving action execution and serialization

- Introduce `ReqAction` for handling HTTP requests with customizable options and response transformations.
- Add `WorkflowAction` to facilitate the execution of sequential workflow steps, supporting branching and parallel execution.
- Implement telemetry support in the `Jido.Telemetry` module for centralized event handling.
- Update existing modules to replace references to `Jido.Agent.Registry` with `Jido.Registry` for consistency.
- Enhance logging capabilities and metadata handling in action execution.
- Add comprehensive tests for new actions and serialization functionalities, ensuring robust coverage.
- Refactor existing tests to align with the new action structure and improve clarity.
