feat: Implement bead (microsphere) model

Introduces `bead` function within a new `Estimation`
module for simulating micro beads/spheres used for microscopy
calibration.

The `bead` function generates a model of a bead with specified diameter,
pixel sizes, and evanescent wave attenuation, enabling the simulation of
bead images acquired through TIRF microscopy. It supports subpixel
shifts, variable peak intensities and returns an OffsetMatrix.

Additionally, this commit includes:
- Addition of the Statistics package as a dependency.
- Inclusion of tests for the `bead` function, verifying output
  constraints and checking for errors.
