Commit Message

Update dependencies and Go version to latest stable (#723)

Updated Go version to 1.23.0 in `go.mod` and GitHub Actions workflow. Also upgraded several dependencies to their latest versions, including `nats-server`, `nats.go`, `golang.org/x/crypto`, and others for improved compatibility and performance.
