UI Style Improvements (#2)

* Redesign header/footer and modernize CSS structure

- Replace style.css with separate custom.css (variables) and weblist-app.css (components)
- Implement consistent theming with CSS variables for both light and dark modes
- Redesign header and footer with modern styling and sticky positioning
- Improve file listing hover effects and overall UI consistency
- Fix modal display and ensure proper styling across all views

* Make directory rows fully clickable for consistent navigation

* Clean up unused CSS classes and add missing logout icon styles
