feat(router): add Quick.Any to register handlers for all HTTP methods

- Introduced Quick.Any(path, handlerFunc) to simplify registering a
  single handler for multiple methods.
- Internally registers the handler for GET, POST, PUT, PATCH, DELETE,
  OPTIONS, and HEAD.
- Useful for middlewares like healthcheck that need to handle method
  logic internally (e.g., return 405 for non-GET).
- Included GoDoc-style documentation to support pkg.go.dev visibility
  and examples.
