Fix Simplecov and Coveralls

Coveralls was trying to send results before tests even ran on Travis.
When running tests locally, Coveralls was intercepting SimpleCov results
and then throwing them away. Now Coveralls will totally stand down when
running tests locally, and (hopefully) will report real results to when
running tests on Travis.
