Use neuron-nightly for unit tests, add coreneuron tests (#129)

## Context
Neuron wheel (v8.2.6) has old coreneuron parameters, which don't support
save/restore, direct mode, and don't align with the coreneuron
configuration in neurodamus. We change to neuron-nightly wheel (v9) for
unit tests and add relevant coreneuron tests.

## Scope
1. `ci/build_ndcore.sh`: build models with coreneuron enabled
2. `tox.ini`: neuron-nightly instead of `neuron`
3. `coreneuron_configuration.py` set coreneuron `mpi=true` when
NEURON_INIT_MPI=1 else false

## Testing
`tests/unit/test_coreneuron.py`: because libsonatareport lib is not
built for unit tests, the SONATA reports/vectors can not be checked in
coreneuron tests, instead we check the spikes data in file mode and in
direct mode.
