### Description
Adding Taiko Workflow -> create **.github/workflows/taiko.yaml**

### Changes in the codebase:
**.github/workflows/taiko.yaml** - new file. Instantiates a redis instance as well as your nodebb instance before running the Taiko test suite.

### Unrelated changes:
**test/automation/tests/slightly-complicated-test.js** - new Taiko test file. Mimics a user opening our Nodebb instance, registering as a new user, and clicking around a bit after

**install/package.json** - changed the command that **npm run test:taiko** links to. Now the entire Taiko test suite is run when this command is run. 

**UserGuide.md** - edits to the user guide regarding the choices we made with integrating Taiko
