vault: add token helper (#213)

* feat(vault): add token helper

In case no VAULT_TOKEN is provided from the environment, this adds the
vault token helper which will read the vault token from:

a) ~/.vault-token in case no token helper is configured
b) the configured token helper configured in ~/.vault (see [1])
