Frontend new, moved from full parallel to  serial processing the color components (#35)

The new frontend part (frontend_v2.py) outputs serially the signals for each component. In this stage in the testbench the block is fed 3 times, one for each component.

* 2d_dct numpy

* 1d_dct module implemented, and 2d_dct software prototype

* fixed an error in 1d-dct, now it works fine

* created 2d-dct module and test

* subtracter 128 from inputs, 2d-dct outputs correct results

* correction of output_2d data_valid signal

* added the tests in test directory

* zig_zag_module implementation

* frontend part software implementation

* myhdl test unit of the frontend part added

* added reusable blocks and made changes

* convertible testbench added

* changed py.test options and added default simulator ghdl

* changes the architecture of the frontend part. The frontend part outputs serially each of the signal for each component(y,cb,cr)

* added frontend_v2.py

* changed the architecture of the converter. now it outputs serially each component according to color mode input

* made changes to eliminate the inferred latches in the design.there are still some latches in the color converter

* removed the older version of the frontend test

* fixed all the inferred latches
