Bot-indexing fixes

* add 'Link: metadataUrl; rel="canonical"' HTTP header to responses
  redirecting metadata-only resources to the metadata URL
* in the HTML metadata view (MetadataGui::outputProperty()) emit
  property link only for valid property URIs and not for fixed labels
  (currently used for listing child resources)
