* Fix deepcopy/pickle of `DAGCircuit` variable IO nodes (#14041)

* Fix var DAGOutNode bug in DAGCircuit::pack_into.

We were accidentally using NodeType::VarIn when extracting DAGOutNode.

* Add release note since this is pre 2.0.0.
