chore: simplify build

- Remove esbuild dependency
  We are now using ESbuild only for building a standalone executable.
  Thus we no longer need it to publish on NPM.
  We now install esbuild on Ci when we are releasing the package.

- Inline `scripts/build.sh` inside `package.json`

- Simplify TypeScript configurations.
  - Remove `src/tsconfig.bin.json`
  - Move the top-level tsconfig to the `test-corpus` directory.
  - Remove redundnat options
    - `module=NodeNext` implies `esModuleInterop`
    - `rewriteRelativeImportExtensions` implies `allowImportingTsExtensions`
    - `verbatimModuleSyntax` implies `isolatedModules`
