Extract destination URL resolution to resolveDestinationUrl method

Refactored the `execute` method in `RedirectService` to improve readability and maintainability. Extracted the logic for determining the final destination URL into a new public method called `resolveDestinationUrl`. This method now handles the query forwarding logic and returns the correct destination URL.

The `execute` method now simply calls `resolveDestinationUrl` to get the final destination.
