IGVF-2289 Hierarchical facets (#725)

* Update npm packages.
* Display sub facets, though checking them and displaying checked ones doesn’t work.
* Rename facet term properties.
* Pass parent field and key to child term click handler.
* Handle cases where parent facet terms select all child facets, and all child facets select the parent, and deselecting a child deselects the parent.
* Get the facet count indicator working for hierarchical facets.
* Get the facet tags for child terms to have the correct titles.
* Only show facet tags the user is allowed to see. This excludes the `type` facet tags, for example.
* Add new functions to the facet library Jest tests.
* Add and fix Jest tests.
* Correct unused variables in a Jest test.
* Update how parent and child facet terms work with each other based on a discussion with Khine.
* Fix the Jest tests after the last change.
