* Introduce class which scales interpolated shapes

So that we can (eventually) collectively adjust
all parameters in a interpolated shape

* Fix for newer numpy

* Remove the OCVRef and OCVEnt as seperate classes

We would otherwise need to create OCV-specific subclasses for each
type of `SOCInterpolatedHealth`

* Add tutorial notebook, clean documentation

* Update documentation about OCV extractor

* Tweak batch size logic

* Explain the Legendre, why it exists
