Merge branch 'opalmer-events_log'

* opalmer-events_log:
  adding tests
  add url arguments as part of the raw query
  url -> requestURL so we don't shadow the url package name
  add note to the FAQ about plugin support
  adding note in README about events-log support
  fix variable name which is shadowing package
  fixing lint issues
  fix check for From/To
  adding test for new behavior in RemoveMagicPrefixLine
  some minor cleanups to var names
  handle response in GetEvents() rather than passing it into events.client.Do
  only strip the magic prefix if it's present
  initial commit of EventsLogService
