fix!: refactor JWK implementation into a pollux task (#386)

BREAKING CHANGES:

Removed KeyProperties.type which was storing Curve25519, EC and is no longer used. Everything else remains intact but if the field is sent while creating a sk or pk in Apollo it will be ignored
