* Adding freedecay dlc

* Add GenDOF and initial rotor speed in free decay dlc

* Add testing example for free decay DLC

* Disable wind, waves, aero, control for free decay by default

* Move free decay dlc to be actively tested

* Print output folder name with run time, for test profiling effort

* Tidy up PR

* Tidy again

* Add comment to free decay test for later ref
