BinaryPayload::upload(): tune the image size estimation

What is actually interesting for us in regard to skipping the spatial
search indexing is the actual image size. If we can read image
dimensions, it provides us much more reliable memory image size estimate
than the image file size as the latter can be large underestimation for
compressed images.
