Feature/search migration (#616)

* feat: Add model classes for renku storing entities in solr (#624)

Adding model classes for solr documents and a solr client

* feat: Reprovision entities to SOLR (#658)

- Integrates SOLR startup and schema migration into `main`
- Add route to trigger new reprovisioning
- Background job for updating solr based on the enitities in the new staging table
- Staging table is filled by a sanic task when POSTing to the reprovision endpoint

* fix: alembic revision line

* feat: sync entity changes to the solr staging table (#666)

* Sync users, projects and groups
*  fix test_migrations:
   it doesn't work to use `app_config` on a db that has some fixed state.
  noticed that for the tests (locally at least) there is no need to do a
  user sync for them to pass.
