Macros: don't process colons inside lua blocks so easily/wrongly, fix #224

Lua source can contain legitimate colons like `f:seek`, etc...

While parsing macro definition lines and recording them in CStringsList,
try very crude lua->endlua block detection and switch off colon
splitting inside lua block - probably not bulletproof, but I would
expect it to work in almost any "organic" use case, so as long as user
is not intentionally trying to derail the sjasmplus, this is fixed.
