Make prefix work regardless of protocol (#8)

* Update LicenceTest.php

* Update `isValidForRepository` method to normalize URL before checking prefix

* Add `normalizeUrl` helper method to remove protocol part from URL
* Use `normalizeUrl` in `isValidForRepository` to normalize URL before checking prefix

* Update `isValidForRepository` method to handle URLs with or without protocol and add support for `git://` protocol

* Update `isValidForRepository` method to normalize the URL by removing the protocol part and check if the URL starts with the required prefix
* Update `normalizeUrl` method to remove `git://` protocol in addition to `http://` and `https://`
* Add test cases for URLs with `git://` protocol and URLs without protocol in `testValidForRepo` method

* Update LicenceTest.php
