Fix bug in rest urls with case-sensitive key/cols

Removed a rogue, seemingly pointless lc() which was being applied to the
key name when preparing rest requests. This broke pages when the key
name contained upper-case characters. The only affected single-rel links
rather than normal row load (i.e. double-click from a grid) because
those URLs use the implicit PK form (i.e. only the value, not the name
of the key)
