fix: pass through real stdin to monitored program

When monitoring programs that read from stdin, we need to pass through the
real terminal stdin instead of using pipes. This ensures that the Go runtime
creates threads for blocking syscalls as expected, rather than using the
network poller optimization that happens with pipes.

This is particularly important for programs that deliberately create many
threads through blocking stdin reads, as the thread count would otherwise
be incorrectly reduced due to I/O multiplexing.
