Lua: fix memory leaks caused by C longjmp

In rare edge cases the Lua built as C library will cause memory leaks
because it does break the destructor calls on local instances.

Compiling it as C++ will make the Lua use rather C++ exceptions, making
it play nice with LuaBridge and C++ instance management.
