IGVF-2376 Display gene collection badges and study sets on gene object page (#714)

* Add displays for `study_sets` and `collections` on the gene object page. For now, introduce a property for suppressing the margin below collections badges until we remove the Attribution box.
* Update the Jest test to account for the new `isMarginSuppressed` property.  Change the nested `<div>` that make the list into the more proper `<ul><li>` combination.
