added support for `()`, `[]` and `=/`, + reworked the `Format` trait a bit (#160)

* comments are now allowed inside of any whitespace

* simplified the '*_complete' functions

* removed the all of the '*_complete' functions except for 'grammar_complete'

* made the 'Format' trait pure data

* broken checkpoint before things become even more broken

* added support for '()' and '[]' and '=/' (for real this time)

* fixed ID generation for anon nonterminals to guarantee uniqueness within a given grammar, even when parsing from multiple sources or the same source multiple times

* updated gitignore

* added back the 'parse_semicolon_separated' test, but updated to reflect changes in intended behavior

* added explicit 'Hash' implementation

* removed preprocessing step, anon nonterminals are now natively understood by the parser

* cleaned up leftover junk from the preprocessor approach + u can now generate sentences from grammars with anons

* just 1 thing

* self-explanatory
