to_json method for Chart and PivotChart classes.

Useful in creating Highcharts in Ajax style

atodorov:
   added this as a BaseChart class to avoid code duplication.
   Note that both chart classes share only the new to_json method
   from the base class, nothing else. We have to properly refactor
   them in the future!
