sysprof: fix a message with stop without run

The function `misc.sysprof.stop()` reports that profiler is
already running:

| $ ./src/luajit -e 'print(misc.sysprof.stop())'
| nil     profiler is running already     22

both in `sysprof_error()` and fixes aforementioned problem.
