fix: ensure `WPGraphQL` exists before loading in SchemaFilters  (#79)

* fix: validate dependecy plugins activation before proceeding

* revert : approach of checking deps in plugin file

* fix : prevent fatal error by conditionally loading WPGraphQL.

- Replaced direct 'use WPGraphQL' with 'class_exists()' check.
- Ensures compatibility when WPGraphQL plugin is inactive.
- Prevents SchemaFilter execution if WPGraphQL is missing.

* fix : PHP linting and stan errors

* refactor: give GraphQL dependencies time to load.
