Implement new function `makeDB` in `app/main.go` to manage database connections dynamically based on the provided URL. Modify `engine.New` in `engine.go` to handle different database types by parsing connection strings. Update test cases in `engine_test.go` to cover various scenarios for database connections, including SQLite and PostgreSQL. Ensure backward compatibility by defaulting to SQLite when no path separators are found in the database URL.
