fix: remove `Order['executedSurplusFee']` (#2341)

The [deprecated](https://github.com/safe-global/safe-client-gateway/pull/2247) `executedSurplusFee` or `Order`s has been removed. As such, our validation breaks. This removes the responsible field and all occurances of it throughout the codebase:

- Remove `executedSurplusFee` from `OrderSchema`
- Propagate removal across the project
