refactor!: renamed ZogError to ZogIssue to be more aligned with Zod. Deprecated a bunch of APIs for naming consistency. conf.ErrorFormatter removed in favor of conf.IssueFormatter (#86)

* refactor!: renamed ErrFmt to IssueFormatter. This breaks conf.ErrorFormatter and conf.DefaultErrorFormatter. Use IssueFormatter and DefaultIssueFormatter instead.
