Activity log severity levels filter (#3285)

* Adds severity as param in context

* Adds severity as a query param

Additionally, adds severity as field in json response and in OpenAPI spec.

* Adds controller tests

* Adds json view tests

* Fixes e2e test

The severity level should be debug because of the associated log type's mapping.
