Update Javadoc to explain how to use nullness in type arguments in Caffeine 3.2.0. (#1832)

This PR belatedly explains the changes made in
https://github.com/ben-manes/caffeine/pull/1806, which have (sadly but
expectedly) required users to make changes in response, as discussed in
https://github.com/ben-manes/caffeine/issues/1826.

I'm still happy to assist users with changes when it would be helpful,
but I hope that this documentation helps somewhat.
