Feature/state changes with current (#1247)

* Implemented StateAllChangesWithCurrent and StateChangesWithCurrent for both generic and base Entity.

* Implemented tests for StateChangesWithCurrent on both generic and base entity.

* Moved new logic to internal extension methods called WithCurrent

* Updated unit tests to test WithCurrent

* Implemented tests to compare all 4 variants of StateChanges observables for both base and concrete entity.
