Ignore code coverage for chart-related classes

Excludes chart-related classes from code coverage calculations using the `@codeCoverageIgnore` annotation.

This change is implemented because these classes is often difficult to test comprehensively.

Focusing code coverage efforts on other parts of the application will provide a more accurate representation of test coverage.
