Optimization: remove need to re-scan parent boundaries when popping

There's no need to re-scan a line containing (what was earlier determined
to be) a parent boundary. If we keep proper state, we can check if the
previously found boundary is the new immediate boundary when we pop it off
the stack.

Applied to both MimeParser and MimeReader.
