feat: add interactive repository selection for osp repo

- Add `github.com/manifoldco/promptui` dependency for interactive prompts
- Implement `selectRepository` function to allow users to choose a repository interactively
- Update `repoCmd` to use the new interactive selection feature
- Enhance repository switching logic to check both config and current git repository

This change improves the user experience by providing an interactive way to select and switch between repositories, making repository management more intuitive.
