Track all created workers in a weakset (#257)

* Track all created workers in a weakset

This will be using for monitoring whether all created processes
really are handled and there are no leaks (processes still running
but not represented in the pool, or `running_futs`, or somewhere else
in the system)

* Ran formatter

* Added statistics and updated README

* Fix simple test

* Fix lint

* Improve coverage and remove unneeded async test function

* Fix lint

* Remove unused var
