Fix parallel generation of exceptions text

myPcscStringifyError() on Unix uses a static buffer internally. The
returned string must be copied (dupped) to be used safely in parallel
executuion.

The problem was detected using parallel test:
pytest --parallel-threads=10 --iterations=10 test/test_Exceptions.py
