feat: add warn log level and update logging

- Add new 'Warn' log level with yellow color and '!' prefix
- Update CLI design documentation to include warning level
- Replace manual warning logs with the new 'Warn' method

This change introduces a new log level for warnings, improving the consistency and clarity of logging across the application. The CLI design documentation has been updated to reflect this new log level, and existing manual warning logs have been refactored to use the new method.
