* Refactored crawler to take arguments from nomad.yaml

* Restored some arguments

Moved the upload_id config value to the schema package.

Removed reading of sensitive info like password and token from config.

Changed query to only search for nomad.plugin

* Added basic docs to README

* Added shields to README

* Refactor upload argument handling in plugin_crawler.py

* Fixed review comments from @blueraft
