Try to suppress "WARNING: No Threshold found"

There is a threshold, but only for the estimated-cycles measure.  I am hoping therefore that adding this flag as mentioned in the warning ("To only post results if a Threshold exists, set the --ci-only-thresholds CLI flag") will make the warning go away.
