Simplify iterator and force passing spam/ham samples classes in detector

This commit:
- Adds constants for spam and ham classes
- Refactors tokenIterator to readerIterator for simpler line-based parsing
- Updates tests to reflect new reader iterator behavior
- Adjusts sample loading and classification to use new constants
- Improves UpdateSpam to maintain tokenized spam samples
