ENH: mysql schema to duckdb changes

[NEW] migrate now done during installation, rather than on creation
    of the templates. This helps with development since we can modify
    the migration more readily when we encounter problems

[NEW] handling null timestamp's is a case in point. duckdb import
    of mysqldump does not support this, so we now modify all timestamp
    columns to being text.
